Beyond Earth
An Interstellar Adventure
Your story will not only survive on Earth. Through our partnership with leading space agencies, Memocube data will travel aboard interstellar probes, carrying the record of humanity to the stars.
Humanity’s Message in a Bottle
In 1977, the Voyager spacecraft carried a golden record into interstellar space, bearing sounds and images chosen to represent life on Earth. It was a beautiful gesture, but limited by the technology of its time. The Memocube program represents the next evolution of this idea: a comprehensive archive of human experience, inscribed on a medium that can survive the radiation, vacuum, and extreme temperatures of deep space, carried aboard the next generation of interstellar probes. Your personal Memocube data becomes part of this cosmic library.

Welcome to Your Forever-Journey Through Time and Space
The Interstellar Payload
Working with our partners at ESA and other space agencies, we are preparing a curated interstellar payload that will include a representative cross-section of all Memocube archives. The data will be encoded in a format designed to be decipherable by any sufficiently advanced intelligence, using mathematical constants and universal physical references as a key. Each patron’s contribution becomes part of a collective portrait of humanity, a mosaic of individual lives that together tell the story of our species. The first interstellar payload is scheduled for integration with a deep-space mission within the next decade.
Surviving the Journey
The fused silica medium of the Memocube is uniquely suited for space travel. It is naturally resistant to cosmic radiation, which would corrupt or destroy magnetic and semiconductor-based storage within years. It has no moving parts to fail in zero gravity. It remains stable across the extreme temperature range encountered in interstellar space, from near absolute zero in the void to intense heat near stellar bodies. Laboratory tests simulating millions of years of cosmic ray exposure have confirmed that inscribed fused silica maintains its data integrity throughout.
This is not science fiction. It is a concrete engineering program with defined milestones, funded partnerships, and a clear roadmap. When the probe launches, your story goes with it. Learn more about the partners making this possible on our Courageous Partners page.
