The Process

Acquiring a Memocube begins with choosing the right layer and configuration for your preservation goals. You can use the Finder tool to receive a personalized recommendation, or consult directly with a Tesseract advisor. Once you have selected your Memocube, the ordering process is straightforward: create an account, confirm your selection, and complete payment. Your dedicated concierge will then guide you through the content curation and inscription process.

Payment Methods

We accept all major payment methods to accommodate patrons worldwide. Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank wire transfers, and cryptocurrency payments (including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana) are all supported. Payment via bank transfer is available upon request for patrons who prefer traditional banking. Corporate patrons can arrange invoiced billing through their account manager. All transactions are processed through our secure payment infrastructure with bank-grade encryption.

Delivery and Inscription

After payment, you can access your Memocube in your profile page. Here you can customize, upgrade, and complete your data. You can also upload the data you want to be inscribed in your Memocube. You do not have to seal and lock this data right away, but once you do, this process is irreversible. The data sealed will be inscribed in the Memocube that becomes part of the Tesseract.

Once loaded, locked, and sealed, your Memocube enters the inscription queue. The timeline depends on the production schedule and general project thresholds. You will receive progress updates digitally or from your personal concierge throughout the process. Once inscription is complete, your Memocube will be transferred for assembly in the Tesseract.

Patrons who wish to receive a physical replica of their Memocube for display at home can arrange this through the platform, once the production of the original Memocube has finished. As this may take longer due to production schedules, Patrons can order a Maquette, which is a certified Memocube with information engraved with laser and beautifully showcased for an art home collection or as a gift. These can be ordered anytime after your Memocube ownership has been confirmed.
